From the age of 6 to 12 children can drive real junior-sized cars powered by environmentally friendly engines, just as if they were driving on real roads.

Driving onto the roundabout

Negotiating the course and handling the steering wheel, accelerator and brake, the children get to know traffic lights and zebra crossings, what the various road signs mean and get a feeling for how traffic works. They learn to recognize hazards, to be considerate to others and gain a better idea of how situations look to the driver of a car. The emphasis is on safety: all drivers and passengers wear seat belts and helmets. All this for just £3.50 per 10 minute drive.

We have series of road safety lessons that build towards a Jumicar Bristol Driving Licence. Having a licence entitles the owner to a discount on further drives.

During our Opening Times (Saturdays and School Holidays) you can just Arrive and Drive - no bookings are necessary.

Cubs and Brownies can come to Jumicar Bristol to work on their road safety badges.

Jumicar Bristol is easy to get to - you can find us in the car park at Puxton Park near Weston-super-Mare.

Jumicar Bristol will come to your event, school, town festival, open day, fair, etc - bringing the cars and track equipment.

If you child is too young to drive a Jumicar Bristol they can be a passenger with an older friend or sibling so long as they can sit safely in the car.
